I have admired the many wonderful sewing blogs to be found on the Internet, and decided to begin one of my own. My decision is driven by a desire to join the on-line sewing community and to elevate my skill level by learning from other sewing bloggers.
I am a self-taught seamstress and have been sewing for a couple of years. In a short time, I have accumulated an astonishing number of patterns and quite a nice little fabric stash. It makes me wonder what my pattern library and fabric stash will look like a few years from now!
I am a very introverted person, never married, and live a quiet, contented life with two little cats who tolerate my sewing addiction as long as I remember to give them snuggles, food, and the occasional treat. I work as a legal secretary in a large metropolitan area.
